Objective of the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM)

The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) provides channels whereby stakeholders can voice their concerns (via email, post, or telephone) with ECPCGC pertaining to the Project and Participating Lenders’ policies, procedures, and operations.  Stakeholders with concerns must download and complete the Grievance Complaint Form, and submit it to ECPCGC.
